Refund Policy -
Membership Cancellation & Pro-Rated Refund Policy
Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time.
If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be prorated based on the amount of time the membership was active and accessible, calculated from the original start date through the effective cancellation date.
In addition to the prorated usage amount, a non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied to all membership cancellations. This fee covers administrative processing, system access allocation, and operational costs associated with membership onboarding and support.
The prorated refund, if applicable, will be issued after deducting both the value of time used and the cancellation fee. If the calculated amount does not exceed these deductions, no refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review in accordance with this policy.
